What is the difference between pre-loved, vintage, and antique?
The pre-loved items in our collection are second-hand items that either in new or as new condition but are neither vintage nor antique.
Although definitions vary, we use the term vintage for items that are at least 15 years old. These can often be found in mint condition but can also come with some signs of age-related wear.
Antique items are over 100 years old. They often have clear signs of age-related wear.
How can I know whether the items on your website are in good condition?
Because all items in our collection are pre-loved, vintage, or antique, we want to make sure that you have an accurate idea of their condition. Therefore, the photos and descriptions on our items will always highlighting any defects.
Why does MICASA not sell new items?
We believe shopping pre-loved, vintage, and antique is a more sustainable way to turn a house into a home than shopping new.
What is Pudo delivery?
Pudo is a smart, self-service courier system offered by The Courier Guy.
How does Pudo work?
Pudo allows you to receive a parcel in one of their hundreds of locations nationwide, which include smart lockers, kiosks, and depots.
Once your item has arrived at your chosen location, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up. You will then have 36 hours to collect your parcel.

Why do you use Pudo for delivery?
As a small business, Pudo allows us to offer quick, affordable nationwide delivery to most cities and towns. Pudo also allows you to pick up your package when it suits you, eliminating the hassle of having to wait at home for a delivery.
What happens if I don’t pick up my Parcel within the 36-hour window?
If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo kiosk or depot, where you can collect it using the same PIN.

What should I do if there are no nearby Pudo locations where I live?
If Pudo doesn’t service your area, reach out to us for a delivery quote.
Why are some items on your website not eligible for Pudo delivery?
Pudo delivery is not available for some items on our website because they exceed Pudo’s size restrictions or are too fragile for Pudo delivery.
What if my item was damaged during delivery?
We do our very best to package all orders so they are safe during shipping but if your item was damaged during delivery, please reach out to us and we will gladly offer you store credit for the value of the item as well as the delivery cost.
Do you have a physical shop?

Do you accept returns?
We will gladly accept returns if the items in question are in the same condition as when shipped and you reach out to us within five days of delivery.
Bear in mind that the cost of shipping is not refundable and that the return shipping will be on the buyer’s account. Please also note that no refunds are available and, instead, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
